Our client, an international electronic and security client wanted to optimize their online training resources of Health and Safety, and they teamed up with their local e-learning company whose expertise was in creating well-achieved and high completion rate courses in their native language.

However, the training was to be deployed in many countries and cultures, but they seeked to keep costs under control, since with the pandemic the number of e-learning courses had spiked because of employee dispersion.

Due to that fact, they decided to allow the entrance of new localization vendors and ended up by awarding the e-learning course localization to Upwords, which offered the best price and one-stop-shop solution.
